What if I don't get the book within 12 hours?
If you do not receive the message with full instructions on how to access the book within 12 hours, then the message might be in the spam/junk folder, the email you provided might have been misspelled, or there is something preventing the message from being delivered to your email. In that case, please contact us via email to assist you.

What is the return policy?
Purchases are final in most cases except the following:
